Milken Students Take a Tour of The Kosher Cookie Company
Students from the 7th and 8th grade class from Milken Community middle school came to visit the KCC production facility. The students are taking a class focused on developing a new food product and what it takes to bring it to market. Their tour of KCC was a perfect opportunity to learn from our experience.
We talked about the brand development process and did a logo exploration activity where the students compared different logos and chose their favorite based on look, readability and brand connection. We also discussed the various steps in creating a new food brand and the extra element of a kosher certified brand.
It was a joy to have these young students visit and sample some of our cookies as well!
